A program of energy balance through the movement.

This method, created by Silvia Marchesa-Rossi, is inspired by the “Zen imagery exercises” designed by Shizuto Masunaga, psychologist and renowned master of the Japanese shiatsu. The method is outside the scope of the purely physical training to get into a more global dimension of self-listening, for the prevention and preservation/retrieval of one’s own well-being.
